Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the Best Western Premier Herald Square Ryan was fantastic. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the location was convenient for exploring the city. The rooms were modern and comfortable, although the dining options were a bit limited. The noise from the elevator on the 17th floor was a small inconvenience, but overall, it was a great experience.
Arriving at the back of the hotel, our room was ready and they kindly allowed us to check in early. The room was perfect for accommodating all our shopping, but it was a bit small. The service from staff like Ayman and Ryan was always friendly and helpful, though there was a hiccup initially with luggage storage. The location was absolutely perfect, conveniently situated in Manhattan close to major attractions. The dining experience was more than expected, although it lacked variety and was a bit pricey. Overall, a clean and comfortable stay with great value for money.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and modern, fulfilling all my needs. However, the room was a bit small and had a terrible view. The service was exceptional, with the staff going out of their way to help, including keeping our luggage for 2 days while we visited Niagara Falls. The location couldn't have been better, within walking distance of Penn Station, Broadway, and other attractions. The dining experience was excellent, providing fresh options every day. Overall, a great value for money with some minor drawbacks.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms were nice and clean with a beautiful view and a great walk-in shower. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially Ayman, who was always ready to help. The location was perfect for exploring New York City, being centrally located near major attractions. The dining options were diverse, offering something for everyone but could get busy, and the hotel facilities were well-maintained.
My stay at the hotel was a great experience overall. The rooms, although small, were clean and well-appointed, featuring two comfortable beds. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff available even during late hours. The location was superb, close to major attractions and within walking distance of the subway. The dining options were outstanding, offering a variety of choices to start the day right.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms and friendly staff. The location was great for sightseeing, although the dining room was a bit small. The hotel offered good value for money considering the excellent location.
The hotel rooms, though compact, were nicely furnished and surprisingly free of street noise, offering easy access to explore Manhattan and beyond. The service was exceptionally helpful and courteous, making me feel right at home during my stay. The location, while not as close to certain attractions as expected, provided a great starting point for sightseeing with convenient subway access. The dining options were varied and satisfying, offering a good mix of hot and cold items daily. Overall, a comfortable stay with excellent service and a few minor location drawbacks.
